Orchard House is a family home set in a semi-rural peaceful setting with rooms over-looking the garden, outside pool and meadow land. The owners Mandie and David Chant aim to create a warm friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Orchard House is ideally situated for the City of Chichester which is dominated by the impressive Cathedral and is home to the internationally renowned Chichester Festival Theatre. There are historic houses at Parham and Petworth and roman ruins at Bignor and Fishbourne. The historic town of Arundel is nearby with its Castle, Antique shops, the River Arun and Wildfowl Wetlands Trust.

Goodwood with the famous motor sports and horse-racing events and Fontwell Race Course is also only few minutes' drive away. Country walks can be ventured by foot from Orchard House and the South Downs are just a 2mile drive away. There are many activities available in the area such as Golf, Water Sports, Tennis and Horse-Riding. All can be booked for your convenience prior to your stay. Climping beach is a ten minute drive away and Pagham Harbour is an idyllic spot for keen bird watchers and boasts a beautiful coast line.
